New South Wales Hunter Valley’s Campfire Festival have their swags packed and two-man tents aired out for next year’s event, headlined by beloved blues and roots act John Butler Trio, blues songsmith Ash Grunwald, and Australian country symbol Lee Kernaghan.
Other acts set to appear are alternative country singer Kasey Chambers, pop performer Wendy Matthews, and country sister trio The McClymonts, among others. Campfire Festival 2015 will be held at the Hunter Valley’s Hope Estate winery from Friday, 13th March to Sunday, 15th March, 2015.
The festival will have a two-stage setup, the main stage being occupied by established Australian acts, while the second will show off emerging local talent. Campfire Festival is offering the chance for 10 up-and-coming musical artists to play on the second stage and the campfire zone. Yep, there’s gonna be an official campfire.
The acts will be chosen by fans via an online vote. For details on how to submit yourself, your band or to cast a vote visit Campfire Festival’s official site.
Discount 3-day early bird tickets are on sale from 10am (AEST) today until Monday, 1st December via Ticketek. Full line up and date details below.
