To celebrate the fact that WOMADelaide 2016 is only two fricken’ months away, the good folk at YHA Australia have a pretty special WOMADelaide Weekend package up for grabs, including return flights, YHA accommodation and some sweet WOMADelaide tickets.
The 20th anniversary of Adelaide’s WOMADdelaide festival kicks off on 11th March in the city’s Botanic Garden, packing a whole long-weekend of grooves, grub, ~good vibes~ and a stacked music lineup featuring the likes of The Cat Empire, Violent Femmes, Husky and Angélique Kidjo.
With over 30 countries reppin’ across seven stages, there’s plenty of love to go around. With that in mind, YHA’s WOMADelaide Weekend prize includes:
- Return flights for two to Adelaide from your nearest Aussie capital city
- Two four-day festival weekend passes
- Three nights in a double room (shared bathroom) at the Adelaide Central YHA — a top-notch base for any WOMADdelaide adventure and winner of the 2015 South Australian Tourism Award for ‘Best Backpacker Accommodation’.
To enter, just tell YHA in 25 words or less which parts of the world you’re keen to experience at the 2016 WOMADelaide Festival. The competition closes on 31st January 2016, and the winner will be selected and notified on 2nd February.
To submit your entry, visit the YHA website, where you’ll also find the competition terms and conditions.
WOMADelaide 2016 runs from 11th to 14th March. Catch the festival’s music lineup in full, below.
