Chris Brown Sued By Former Housekeeper Over Alleged Dog Attack

Chris Brown is facing a lawsuit from his former housekeeper and her husband over claims that Brown’s dog, a Caucasian Shepherd Ovcharka named Hades, attacked her.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the housekeeper, who is referred to throughout as Jane Doe, claims that she was taking the garbage out, when the dog began to viciously attack her, ripping chunks of flesh from her, leaving her bloody and on the ground.

The incident has previously been reported by the housekeeper’s sister, Patricia Avila, who was at the scene, also on the clock. She alleges that she ran outside and found her sister screaming for help.

In the court documents, the victim alleges that Brown and some friends were home, and despite her screams, he did not come to help her initially.

Brown, upon seeing her, allegedly called the police and told his friends to round up the dogs and take them some place else. Avila’s sister claims that upon the police’s arrival, he offered misleading information to them.

She also claims in the suit that Hades was later euthanised by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Animal Shelter after finding the dog to be dangerous. It is unclear why the dog was in Humboldt, as the Northern Californian County is hours from Brown’s home.

She also talked about the surgery she had to undergo after the incident, citing that the injuries will be with her for life.

This lawsuit comes just a few weeks after Brown was put under investigation for allegedly hitting a woman at his home.
