The 1975 have announced Liverpool indie rock quartet Circa Waves as the support act for the entirety of their upcoming 2015 Australian tour. The 1975 hand-picked Circa Waves after the two English acts recently conquered the UK together, playing nine sold-out shows in September.
Australian fans are, of course, no strangers to Circa Waves with their singles Young Chasers and So Long getting plenty of love on triple j. Both bands played at Splendour In The Grass 2014. So impressed by SITG, Circa Waves went as far as to compare the Byron Bay festival to Glastonbury.
When in the country next January, The 1975 are keen to see Australia and are offering prizes for anyone with some solid guide tips.
