New York rockers Coheed And Cambria have announced an Australian headline tour in support of their eighth studio album The Color Before The Sun.
Kicking off in Sydney on 5th May, Coheed And Cambria’s latest Aussie jaunt will also hit up Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, giving Claudio Sanchez and company the chance to showcase their pop-prog sound at venues throughout the country.
Coheed And Cambria’s 2016 Aussie shows will see the band serve up some of their newest and oldest tunes from across their 20-plus years as a group, but we cannot confirm whether or not Sanchez’s gorgeous cover of Adele’s Hello will be on show — although that would be cool.
The Color Before The Sun, which was released in October 2015, is the band’s first non-conceptual album, and the first to be recorded live in the studio. Catch a taste of the album alongside Coheed And Cambria’s upcoming Aussie tour dates, below.
