Coldplay Reveal 2016 Australian Tour Supports

Coldplay are unarguably one of the best stadium bands of all time, and now they’ve announced some incredible support acts for their forthcoming 2017 stadium tour.

Their Head Full Of Dreams tour has already wowed audiences worldwide; and for their Australian leg Coldplay will be joined by British singer-songwriter Lianne La Havas and Aussie up-and-comer Jess Kent.

La Havas has already been part of Coldplay’s world tour, joining the band on their shows through Latin America and Europe. Her inimitable hybrid of alt-funk and soul has made her one of the most sought after artists going around, and she’s also supported Bon Iver as well as contributed to Prince’s 2014 record Art Official Age.

Jess Kent has had a massive year off the back of her 2015 debut single Get Down, having played Field Day to ring in 2016 and also joined Flume to close Splendour In The Grass’ main stage.

Tickets for Coldplay’s 2017 Head Full Of Dreams tour are on sale now.
