Courtney Love’s Former Son-In-Law Is Suing Her For Allegedly Trying To Have Him Killed

Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-hubby is suing Courtney Love, alleging she conspired to murder him so she could steal back one of Kurt Cobain‘s iconic guitars.

According to TMZ, Isaiah Silva claims his former mother-in-law was involved in a 2016 plot that saw a group of people break into his West Hollywood home, bash him, kidnap him and try to kill him, in order to regain possession of the legendary axe that the late Nirvana frontman used during his 1993 MTV Unplugged appearance.

Frances Bean gifted the priceless 1959 Martin D-18E acoustic to Silva back when they were together, and he’s now claiming her mother went to criminal lengths in a failed bid to get it back.

In court documents obtained by People, Silva names Love and several men — including 13 Reasons Why star Ross Butler and Britney Spears’ ex manager Sam Lufti — accusing them of robbery, burglary, sexual battery, kidnapping, attempted murder, criminal threats, false imprisonment, extortion, stalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress and trespass on the morning of June 3, 2016.

And it gets even more bizarre than that. Silva further alleges that the group made their way inside his house by pounding on the front door and yelling, “Police, open up!!!” and “LAPD, open the fucking door!!!”

He also claims Lutfi grabbed his genitals through his pants, moved to within inches of his face and whispered, “Listen f*ggot, calm the fuck down or we’ll drag you upstairs and take turns fucking you.”

Silva says he was hurt during the ordeal and his mother was also injured.

He’s demanding unspecified damages, while in the meantime,  Cobain’s guitar remains in his legal possession.
