It’s time to pick out your dancing shoes because Vancouver trio The Courtneys are coming back to Australia this August and it’s going to be a rrriot of a time.
The Canadian trio will be taking their lauded, hook-abundant second album, The Courtneys II, on a trip to Sydney, Melbourne, Wollongong, Byron Bay and – not to leave the west coast hanging – they’ll be stopping by in Perth too.
Newly signed to New Zealand’s Flying Nun Records, the trio, who last toured Australia in 2015, garnered much tastemaker acclaim with their second album. Now Aussie fans will have the chance to see the record comes to life on stage.
