Last week, Crowded House were awarded the 2021 ARIA Award for Best Adult Contemporary Album for their record Dreamers Are Waiting.
Today, they’re announcing a national tour, with the band expected to hit Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Bowral and Byron Bay in April, 2022 armed with their ARIA Award-winning album.
The tour will be the band’s first in Australia since 2010, marking 12 years since their return to the road right here on their home soil.
Joining the band on tour will be Middle Kids, who also just won an ARIA Award for Best Rock Album with their record Today We’re The Greatest.
The Teskey Brothers will join them at Bowral’s A Day On The Green show.
Earlier this year, Crowded House unveiled their new live roster, with founding members Neil Finn and Nick Seymour now being joined by producer and keyboardist Mitchell Froom, guitarist and singer Liam Finn, and drummer Elroy Finn.
