Crystal Castles Drop New Song ‘Concrete’ As New Album Details Leak

Electronic experimentalists Crystal Castles have dropped an intense new song title Concrete, which looks set to appear on the duo’s forthcoming new album, whose title has now been leaked as Amnesty (I) alongside a possible release date.

Concrete‘s music video sees Crystal Castles’ new singer Edith Frances make her way through a concert crowd. Frances and Crystal Castles mastermind Ethan Kath have already performed the song live a number of times, but we’ve now got the crispy and glitchy studio version, which you can catch below.

Interestingly, Shazam shows that Concrete will feature on a forthcoming Crystal Castles album called Amnesty (I), and also links the track with this creepy but very CC artwork:

Meanwhile, this Amazon listing shows that Amnesty (I) is set for release on 19th August, which means we won’t have to wait all that long to finally hear the group’s fourth album, the first without former frontwoman Alice Glass.

CC parted ways with Glass in 2014, and Kath and Frances have since released the new tracks Frail and Deicide to keep us all happy.

Catch Concrete below as we wait for August to hurry up and arrive.
