The Hoff simply cannot be stopped, even if it’s for the greater good. David Hasselhoff – truly the jack of all trades but master of none – has decided that his latest foray will be into heavy metal music. Why? Because he bloody well can.
Speaking to German news site Zeit, Hasselhoff revealed that he’s working on music for his new album, and that some of that music is heavy metal.
“I’m doing some heavy metal songs on my new album,” he said.
“Why not? I do not have an album title yet, but it should read: ‘Everything is allowed.’ I do everything. Because I can. Because I want it.”
Right on, Hoff. Right on.
This new album is the follow up to his 2012 record This Time Around. Historically, all his music has done exceedingly well in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Good for you, Hoff.
