Having recently wreaked havoc across Australia for a run of promo shows, and gaining a position on the Splendour In The Grass 2013 lineup, L.A loose cannons Deap Vally are no doubt a hot topic Down Under. If their sexy take on heart-churning rock ‘n’ roll has you hooked then you will be pleased to know the duo have announced their maiden full length album Sistrionix.
Recorded in their hometown, Deap Vally teamed up with Mars Volta producer Lars Stalfors to keep a watchful eye over the release. The end result is an 11-track, fully loaded on behalf of creative partners in crime Lindsey Troy and Julie Edwards. Just last week, the pair showcased what we can expect from the release with the premier of Baby I Call Hell, which has been getting a solid flogging all weekend.
The album will hit shelves in Australia Friday, 21st June and will see the team globe trot throughout Europe and the UK.
The tracklisting for Sistrionix is:
End Of The World
Baby I Call Hell
Walk Of Shame
