American indie-rockers Death Cab For Cutie have announced their return to Australia for a 2019 headline jaunt behind their ninth and latest album, Thank You For Today.
The band — featuring Ben Gibbard, Nick Harmer and Jason McGerr alongside new members Dave Depper and Zac Rae — will return down under in March 2019, today announcing one show in Canberra, two in Melbourne and two in the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall.
It’s unclear if more shows will be announced, however this page will be updated with all the details if more shows are confirmed.
Thank You For Today was released in August as the follow-up to 2015’s Kintsugi, and features tracks like ‘Gold Rush’, ‘I Dreamt We Spoke Again’ and ‘Summer Years’.
Death Cab For Cutie last toured Australia when they were in the country for Splendour In The Grass 2015.
