Twenty-two year old London singer Delilah has been announced as the support act for Prince’s May 22nd Sydney show. The singer had previously been rumoured as a support act along with Janelle Monáe; however, nothing had been officially announced.
Considering Janelle Monáe will be in Sydney for her Vivid shows on 26th and 27th May, there is every chance she will also perform at the May 22nd Prince show along with Deliah.
Delilah grew up to the sound of London’s live music scene in the 90s. She was introduced to live music by her late father, who worked as a promoter. She describes her music as pop, soul, dubstep, acoustic and urban folk.
Tickets for the May 22 show are still on sale; you can purchase them here.
