Disturbed Frontman David Draiman Lends A Hand To Megadeth’s New Album

Disturbed‘s David Draiman will be a guest vocalist on Megadeth‘s forthcoming album Super Collider, if tweets from Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine are to be believed.

Mustaine churned out two tweets overnight alluding to Drainman’s inclusion on the record. The first thanked him for laying down some vocals, and giving a quick plug for his side project Device.

“Big thanks to @DAVIDMDRAIMAN for vocal/singing help on Super Collider! Can’t wait to see Device live! @DEVICETHEBAND @Disturbed”

Later in the evening, Mustaine did another tweet, revealing that Draiman added vocals to two tracks, and a link to a Facebook post, which Draiman wrote confirming his work in the studio.

“Tis’ true! David Draiman delivered on “Forget To Remember” and “Dance In The Rain:” The songs are way better too!”

In his Facebook post on Distrubed’s official page, Draiman stated that it was an “honor and a privilege” to help Mustaine on the new Megadeth release, describing the experience as “amazing”.

However, he seemed to go against Mustaine’s comments that he is a guest vocalist on the record, writing that he did “NO GUEST VOCS, JUST WROTE TOGETHER).” Hmmm.

Guess we’ll find out the full scale of Draiman’s involvement when Super Collider is released in late May/early June. The suspected cover art for the record surfaced online last week.
