Yesterday, DJ Snake was announced on the lineup for Perth Origin NYE but it sounds like he’s going to be touring the country more extensively.
The French producer who hit the charts in a big way with ‘Turn Down For What’, will be announcing an Australian tour soon according to Melbourne-based touring company Pitch Control.
“DJ SNAKE Australian Summer dates announced very soon,” they wrote on Facebook.
No word on dates or venues just yet but given that he’s playing Perth on New Year’s Eve you can expect that he’ll be playing the rest of the country in either December 2016 or January 2017.
DJ Snake hasn’t toured Australia since Stereosonic in 2015 and in the two years since then he’s released his debut album Encore and worked with some of the biggest names in music including Justin Bieber, Skrillex and Young Thug.
Hopefully it won’t be too long before you know when Snake will be playing close to you.
