In a revelation that we can’t even pretend is surprising, it turns out that US President Donald Trump once chucked a massive tanty and turfed One Direction from his hotel after they refused to hang out with his adult daughter.
According to boyband graduate Liam Payne, 1D once had the misfortune of staying in one of the hate-mongering spray-tan enthusiast’s buildings in New York City and shit went south after the Combover King himself called their room, asking them to come meet his daughter (it’s unclear which one he was talking about, but FYI both are grown women).
When the group’s manager informed him that the lads were asleep, King Joffrey Donald Trump demanded that they be woken up immediately.
“He said ‘well, wake them up’ and I was like ‘no’,” Payne tells Rollercoaster in an interview. “So he was like, ‘OK, then I don’t want you in my hotel.’ So we had to leave.”
Yep. we never thought we’d say this but One Directions’ respect points just jumped up a notch. Although their story is still a far cry from The Rolling Stones, who were so pissed off at Trump’s bratty shenanigans one time that Keith Richards actually pulled a knife on him.
