Drake has been teasing his forthcoming studio album Certified Lover Boy for a few months now, and now we know when we’ll be receiving the new record.
In a teaser video posted online today, Drake recreates some of his most famous album artworks, including 2011’s Take Care and 2013’s Nothing Was The Same, before revealing that Certified Lover Boy will drop in January 2021.
The album was first announced back in August, when Drake dropped its lead single ‘Laugh Now Cry Later’ alongside Lil Durk.
Ahead of the single, though, Drake dropped his most recent mixtape, Dark Lane Demo Tapes. He hasn’t dropped a full-length album since the release of Scorpion back in 2018.
