Aussie rockers The Drones have just dropped a brand new single with a surrealist video clip to go with it.
Boredom is built around a high-pitched, harmonics-based guitar riff, creating an intensity and dissonance that they’ve then built on with a hyper-real video portrayal of a conflicting bucks and hens night. Directed by The Drones and Chris Matthews, the video was shot in a number of locations in Melbourne and Tokyo.
To celebrate the release, the band have also announced the addition of two brand new dates for their upcoming Feelin Kinda Free national tour that kicks off in Adelaide at the end of April.
Two new shows have been added in Melbourne following their first show there already selling out and their second show very close to doing the same.
