Ecca Vandal Has Had Thousands Of Dollars Worth Of Gear Stolen

Singer-songwriter Ecca Vandal has been robbed, with thieves ransacking a heap of her “really valuable” gear.

The punk singer has taken to Facebook to put the word out about the crime, asking fans to keep an eye out around Melbourne for any of the stolen gear.

The thieves’ haul includes a six-string bass, a laptop, wireless transmitters, a keyboard, drum samplers, loads of guitar pedals and more, totalling thousands upon thousands of dollars in value.

“We’ve had some really valuable gear stolen, all things necessary for our live show,” Ecca writes.

“As you can understand, this is everything for us and we’d really like to get it back. Please keep your ears and eyes open for us, if you see this stuff around, please let us know. For anyone who hunts around for gear at second-hand stores in Melbourne or online, please look out for these pieces also.

“This is our livelihood and we’d really appreciate your help in spreading the word…”

Ecca is due to support Incubus on their upcoming Australian tour in March, so here’s hoping the gear is returned in time.

You can check out photos of all the stolen musical equipment below.
