Elbow have announced a limited run of East Coast Australian tour dates for this October, to celebrate the release of their latest acclaimed studio effort, The Take Off and Landing of Everything. The Britrock stalwarts’ upcoming shows will include a performance at the Sydney Opera House.
Since unveiling their debut album, Asleep in the Back, in 2001, Elbow have received as much acclaim as a live force as they have for their skill and creativity in the studio. Revered for the emotional power of their music, the band’s live shows bring the songs to life with energy and verve.
Australians will see the band as they come off a successful UK arena tour and a select run of festival dates, including spots at last month’s Glastonbury festival and the upcoming V Festival. These upcoming performances will also be the band’s first Australian tour dates in over two years.
For your chance to see these inimitable international stars delight and uplift, check below for all dates and ticketing details for Elbow’s upcoming Australian East Coast tour. The shows kicks off 25th October with their Opera House performance, before taking in Melbourne and Brisbane.
