Online streaming service eMusic Live have teamed up withAussie pub-rock favs, The Chats and Cosmic Psychos bands for a double whammy live stream affair, featuring concert performances from both bands.
“After not being able to tour for over a year, we wanted to be able to give our mates overseas and the other parts of Australia the chance to see the gig,” said Ross Knight of Cosmic Psychos. “We’re stoked that eMusic Live is hookin’ it all up for us.”
The Chats set, recorded at the UNSW Roundhouse in Sydney, will air in a couple of timeslots over two days on Sunday, 27th June and Monday, 28th June. Cosmic Psychos set, recorded at the Forum in Melbourne, will air in a few timeslots over two days on Thursday, 1st July and Friday, 2nd July.
The stream comes at an exciting time for Cosmic Psychos, who are less than a month out from the release of their 11th studio record, Mountain Of Piss. It will be released officially on Friday, 9th June via the band’s own record label, Go The Hack.
The Chats released a standalone single ‘AC/DC CD’ last November.
