British singer Engelbert Humperdinck has revealed his plans for a farewell tour. The legendary artist with a career spanning nearly six decades will perform his final Australian shows in May 2024. The tour includes performances in all mainland capital cities, beginning in Brisbane on Tuesday, 14th May and wrapping up in Perth on Saturday, 25th May.
The announcement of Humperdinck’s final tour follows the release of the documentary film Engelbert Humperdinck: The Legend Continues, directed by Steven Murray, which hit screens on 14th November.

Humperdinck has sold over 140 million albums in the course of his career, making a big impact in Britain and around the world. He’s earned 65 gold and 35 platinum records, got four Grammy nominations, and won a Golden Globe. His success has been recognised with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Las Vegas Walk of Fame, and Leicester Walk of Fame.
He rose to fame in the 1960s, following the lead of The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. Humperdinck’s global appeal has seen him perform for royalty, presidents, and various heads of state. He was close friends with Elvis Presley before his death.
