Nine Inch Nails bassist Eric Avery has announced via Facebook today that he will be stepping down from his role in the band. Having only just returned from an extensive tour with Garbage and with an ever-growing Nine Inch Nails tour approaching, Avery has decided to tap out, and focus on other areas of his life.
