Azealia Banks has released a new diss track about Iggy Azalea. Called Used To Being Alone, it follows an ongoing dispute between the two musicians.
Iggy Azalea reignited the argument recently, saying in an interview that she “still hates” Banks. It didn’t take long for Banks to hit back, taking to Twitter saying, “No one is talking about you so you choose to mention me… Wrong move hoe… Mentioning me is the only thing that will get you attention.”

Banks tweeted as she released the song, “I’m about to take my pettiness to a whole new level… Like, I’m about to do something SO fucking petty. You’re gonna be gagging all year.”

Banks’ song, posted on Soundcloud, begins with a sweet line, “How does it feel to treat me the way you do?” before building to a slick, melancholy dance track. It appears to use the same sample as Iggy Azalea’s song My World, which might lead us to believe rumours that Azalea sampled Banks’ 212 for her new single Azillion.
Banks has called Azalea out on cultural appropriation in the past and Azalea said in a recent interview with Elle, “We don’t like each other on a personal level, and that has gone on for many years.”
