After weeks of teasing the release of her highly anticipated new album Fetch The Bolt Cutters, Fiona Apple has finally revealed when we can expect the record – and it’s sooner than you think.
Fetch The Bolt Cutters, the follow up to 2012’s The Idler Wheel…, will be out Friday, 17th April. Your self-isolation has never sounded better.
The announcement was made by Apple’s fansite, Fiona Apple Rocks, which is also where she has been making a string of announcements and teasers related to the record.
Earlier this week, a video was posted which showed Apple saying that she thinks she should release the album soon.
A few weeks ago, she revealed that the highly anticipated record was complete by spelling out ‘M-Y-R-E-C-O-R-D-I-S-D-O-N-E’ in American sign language.
We haven’t heard any songs from the album yet, but we won’t have to wait long to hear the whole thing in its entirety.
