ORIGINAL STORY: The first wave of 2017 Groovin The Moo festival sideshows have been announced, with British rockers The Darkness, UK production duo Snakehips and American musician K.Flay the first to plot their extra-curricular activities.
‘I Believe In A Thing Called Love’ hitmakers The Darkness have announced four big headline shows across Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, where they’ll be showing off their trademark riffage.
Snakehips, whose hit single ‘All My Friends’ came in at #36 on triple j‘s Hottest 100 of 2015, have locked in three sideshows in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
Meanwhile, LA native K.Flay has plotted four headline shows around Groovin The Moo, with dates locked in for Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth on what will be the rapper’s first trip down under. K.Flay’s hit single ‘Blood In Cut’ was a favourite on triple j last year, and placed just outside the 2016 Hottest 100. Her second studio album Every Where Is Some Where, is due for release on 7th April.

This year’s Groovin The Moo lineup features the likes of Milky Chance, The Wombats and Dillon Francis, as well as Aussie acts Violent Soho, The Smith Street Band, Amy Shark, Allday and Tash Sultana.
