Flava Flav joined Prince and his band on stage earlier tonight in Melbourne to sing a rendition of Public Enemy’s track 911 (Is A Joke). Flava Flav had performed the song with Prince at the Sydney afterparty show last week, however, no one expected him to appear at the Rod Laver Arena tonight.
The rapper is in Australia on the Groovin the Moo tour, which winds up in Bunbury on Saturday.
Prince’s tour party will now enjoy a 2-day break before their show at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Friday night. Melbourne were disappointed last night when a rumoured Prince afterparty failed to eventuate. According to the Courier-Mail, Prince could still perform an afterparty show in Brisbane this weekend…
