Australian born Red Hot Chilli Peppers bassist Flea, otherwise known as Michael Balzary, has sold his property in Moruya, on the South Coast of New South Wales, for $1.4 million, taking a loss after buying in 2004 for $1.8 million.
Having had the property on the market for six months, Flea finally found a buyer to take the 200 hectare property located in the Magendoura Valley, 10 kilometers from the town of Moruya.
This isn’t the only case of Flea getting rid of real estate, having also recently sold his Malibu home for $3 million. Let’s hope the new album is doing OK, or else Flea might be out on the street with nothing more than a sock to keep him warm.
