After months of hints and rumours, rock giants Fleetwood Mac have finally announced Australian tour dates for 2013, seeing Stevie Nicks and company hitting our shores in late November and early December to play dates around the country.
The Don’t Stop legends released their first new music in over a decade last month, dropping a 4-song EP aptly named Extended Play and a brand-new single, Sad Angel. Their Australian tour dates will see the current lineup of Stevie Nicks, Lindsay Buckingham, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood playing shows in most capital cities, and will follow their sell-out US tour, which began last April in Columbus, Ohio.
Touring giants Live Nation made a cryptic Facebook post earlier in the week, hinting that dates for a Mac attack would be coming soon. But suggestions of a Down Under tour have been flying hard and fast for almost 6 months now, with Stevie Nicks herself saying that the band would play 15 Aussie shows last year.
Tickets go on sale Thursday, 13th June.
