Frances Bean Has Reportedly Lost Kurt Cobain’s MTV Unplugged Guitar In A Divorce Settlement

Kurt Cobain‘s daughter Frances Bean Cobain has reportedly lost her father’s iconic MTV Unplugged guitar to her ex-husband.

As TMZ report, Bean has settled her divorce to Isaiah Silva but has somehow managed to lose the guitar.

She reportedly gave the 1959 Martin D-18E to Silva as a wedding present, however, Frances denied that she ever did this.

She has since decided to hand over the guitar as a way of settling the divorce proceedings quickly without a trial.

It’s believed to be the last guitar that the Nirvana frontman played before his death. That alone would make it worth millions of dollars but it’s also said to be only one of 300 made.

Frances has apparently done well out of the divorce though. She will not have to pay any spousal support and will also receive the LA house they owned together.

Last month, Frances debuted her first original song on the 24th anniversary of her father’s death.
