After all the chopping and changing of the timetables for the 2014 Soundwave Festival, the festival’s (hopefully) final timetables have now been released.
After punters responded with underwhelming reactions to the previously released timetables, and with festival organiser AJ Maddah calling the resulting clashes between bands “unacceptable”, new timetables were released, and these have now been amended and finalised.
Maddah and his team have had a very busy few weeks, with Soundwave switching its Perth venue from the troublesome Claremont Showgrounds to Arena Joondalup, big-name acts Megadeth, Whitechapel, Desaparecidos, Newsted and Hardcore Superstar cancelling their appearances at the festival, and five new bands being added to the lineup at the last minute.
