UPDATE: Gang Of Youths have revealed the location of their free acoustic show in an email to fans. The show will take place at Sydney’s Lansdowne Hotel at 9pm today (Thursday, 20th July). Doors will open at 8pm.
ORIGINAL STORY: Sydney rockers Gang Of Youths have teased a free acoustic show at a mystery Australian location ahead of their upcoming national tour.
Taking to socials today, the band posted, “Australia. [Frontman] Dave [Le’aupepe] and [guitarist] Joji [Malani] are in town and will be playing a free acoustic show this Thursday night [20th July].”
Fans are being told to sign up to the band’s mailing list for all the details of the show, but you can also stay tuned to Music Feeds for all the latest information when the location is finally revealed.
Gang Of Youths are set to tour the country between August and September in support of their new album Go Father In Lightness, which is due for release on 18th August. The band are also scheduled to perform at Maroochy Music & Arts Festival next month and Snowtunes Festival in September.
