The man known as Ghostface Killah, aka Tony Starks, aka Pretty Toney, aka Ironman, aka Ghostdini, has announced a string of headline performances for when he touches down in Australia this December to hit up Meredith Music Festival. The rapper will be performing in venues all across the country, including Hobart.
One of the key members of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, Ghostface Killah, real name Dennis Coles, is an icon and a guru in the world of hip-hop, known as much for his obscure, layered lyrical artistry on classic Wu-Tang Clan releases as he is for his output of landmark solo efforts, like 2000’s Supreme Clientele.
Coles’ latest release was 2013’s warmly received Twelve Reasons to Die. The rapper’s tour comes as the Wu-Tang Clan prepare to unveil their long-awaited new album, A Better Tomorrow, and as Coles continues to work on his equally anticipated Supreme Clientele Presents… Blue & Cream: The Wally Era.
