Muse, Coldplay and Adele had already been announced as the three headliners for Glastonbury 2016 but now the entire, glorious lineup has dropped and it’s a doozy.
Just under the headliners, there is LCD Soundsystem, Foals, Beck, PJ Harvey, The Last Shadow Puppets, Grimes and Ellie Goulding.
As per usual, Glasto have also lined-up a stellar cast of legends including Cyndi Lauper, Jeff Lynne’s ELO, ZZ Top and Earth, Wind & Fire.
While there are surely more acts still to be announced, there is a distinct lack of Australians featured on the lineup. This is somewhat surprising given that Coachella nabbed Courtney Barnett, Flume, Nina Las Vegas, Miami Horror and more while Tame Impala are playing Bonnaroo and DMA’s are everywhere.
There is a rumour floating around, however, that the Bee Gees’ Barry Gibb will join Coldplay on stage. As NME reports, Gibb has agreed to perform a medley of Bee Gees hits with Chris Martin and co.
