Groovin The Moo 2012 Line-up – Chiddy Bang Cancel, Ball Park Music Join

Groovin the Moo 2012 organisers announce Chiddy Bang will no longer be on the line-up. They have chosen to cancel their Australian commitments to focus on new TV and radio promotional opportunities for their upcoming album in the USA.

However, Brisbane funsters Ball Park Music will now be joining the festival, on the back of their successful 2011, which was topped off by taking out two placements on triple j’s Hottest 100 list for tracks #31 It’s Nice to Be Alive and #38 All I Want is You.

GTM promoter Stephen Halpin commented on the circumstances today, “To replace an act on the festival at this late stage is very difficult, so we are extremely grateful to have an act of the calibre of Ball Park Music join the tour at such short notice. Yes it’s annoying that Chiddy Bang have chosen to cancel but Ball Park Music are a fantastic live act and deserve all their current success.”

People who purchased tickets especially to see Chiddy Bang can get a refund from Monday 27th February, 9am ADST until Friday 2nd March, 5pm ADST through MOSHTIX (1300 438 849) or ticketsupport@moshtix.com.au.

Ball Park Music will be joining the likes of Andrew WK (One Man Tour Party), City and Colour and Public Enemy. You can find the full Groovin The Moo 2012 line-up here.
