Groovin The Moo 2013 Canberra – Map, Set Times And Transport Information

After a day of fun and madness yesterday at Maitland, Groovin The Moo 2013 rolls on to Canberra to continue the crazy party attitude coupled with the unique country vibe that only a festival like GTM could ever offer.

GTM has always balanced the big acts with emerging ones, and today is no different, splitting the line-up between 2 stages, you’ll see the most of every act on your to-watch list. This year’s headliners are The Temper Trap and Example, who finish off a day that also includes The Kooks, Flume, Tegan & Sara, Tame Impala, The Bronx and plenty more.

The event is taking place once again at the University of Canberra, which is located at Hayden Drive & University Drive, Bruce ACT, just 5 short kms away from Canberra’s CBD & 251km South of Sydney NSW. If you’re the living-life-dangerously type of person, and haven’t worked out how to get to Canberra yet, there’s a range of options for how to get there from locations around the east coast.

Once you hit the city, your best option is to catch a bus to the event. Action Buses will be operating a service to the University of Canberra via Route 900. The service runs from:

  • Tuggeranong Interchange
  • Erindale Centre
  • Woden Interchange
  • City Interchange
  • Belconnen Bus Stations every 15 minutes until 7.00pm.

NOTE: This service travels along College Street, where event goers will need to alight to access the University of Canberra.

Other services that travel past the University of Canberra include the following routes:

  • 932
  • 934
  • 952
  • 980
