ORIGINAL STORY: Heads up, Splendour benders! Tickets to SITG2016 officially go on sale tomorrow, Thursday 21st April, at 9:00am AEST sharp.
And you’d better be on your game like Quickdraw McGraw, because last year the festival sold the fuck out in less than an hour.
And it’s bound to be a repeat event this time around with a monster lineup of over 100 acts just announced for the 2016 event, including English rockers The Cure, The Strokes, a reunited At The Drive In, James Blake, Santigold, Sigur Ros, Jake Bugg, The 1975 and The mother flippin’ Avalanches.
So. There’s a bunch of different ways for you to get one of Splendour’s 3-day, single-day or camping passes in your hot little hands. Three to be exact:
1. Head to Moshtix online
2. Call Moshtix on 1300 GET TIX (438 849)
3. Or click the ‘Buy Tickets’ button on the Splendour In The Grass 2016 mobile app
BUT REMEMBER: No doubt there’ll be a shiz-load of wannabe ticket-buyers attacking the moshtix website and call centre at the exact same time.

But the guys at Splendour have this advice for you to power through the adversity:
“Hang in there, stay cool, follow the instructions carefully and hopefully you’ll get to hang at Splendour 2016!”
Also it won’t hurt to make sure you’ve been to the bathroom by 8.45am, hooked yourself up with a good internet or phone connection, got your payment details at the ready and let your boss/teacher/lecturer know you won’t be in until after you’ve suckled on the sweet tit of success.

Ticket Prices
3 day Event Ticket (Friday to Sunday [also includes Thursday access]): $375 + booking fees
Single Day Tickets (Friday, Saturday or Sunday): $159 + booking fees
Camping Ticket (Wednesday to Monday): $120 + booking fees
Those intending to camp onsite will need to purchase an Event Ticket as well as a separate Camping Ticket. 2.1% transaction fee applies to all orders
