Hilltop Hoods and APRA have announced the 2014 return of their HTH Initiative, which awards an emerging Australian hip-hop or soul artist a $10,00 grant to help them manufacture, release, and market their debut album, as well as legal advice from David Vodicka and Media Arts Lawyers.
