Sydney hip hop duo Horrorshow have cancelled their appearance at Queensland’s 2017 Big Pineapple Music Festival, but luckily a replacement act has already been announced.
Horrorshow say they’ve pulled out of this year’s event so that they can tour in the US.
“Our sincerest apologies to all those who were looking forward to partying with us at Big Pineapple Music Festival – we have had to cancel our appearance due to overseas touring opportunities in the USA,” the pair say.
“This isn’t a decision we made lightly – we looked at every possible option which would allow us to still play at the festival but in the end this is the call we had to make.”
Big Pineapple Music Festival organisers have announced that fellow hip hop act Urthboy will take Horrorshow’s spot on the lineup, after releasing his latest album The Past Beats Inside Me Like A Second Heartbeat earlier this month.
The 2017 Big Pineapple Music Festival will go down in Woombye on Saturday, 27th May. Catch the updated lineup and ticket details, below.
