I OH YOU have teamed up with Converse to throw a Halloween party on 31st October, turning Melbourne’s the Workers Club into two level’s of horror and spookiness, along with a solid lineup of bands and DJs.
Headlining the night will be the appropriately titled Violent Soho, who recently made their much-anticipated return when they delivered the killer new single Tinderbox earlier this month.
Having released their last record through Thurston Moore’s (of Sonic Youth) label Ecstatic Peace! Violent Soho found themselves receiving praise from not only fans, but also many of their idols including Built to Spill, Dinosaur Jr, and Alice in Chains…all of whom took them on tour in the USA.
Also joining the bill straight from a national tour with Children Collide will be Brisbane’s Dune Rats, Melbourne’s Drunk Mums, and DJ set’s from Worlds End Press, Bleeding Knees Club DJs, Oscar + Martin DJs, Two Bright Lakes DJs, City Calm Down DJs, Indian Summer, Airwolf, Jasper, Marquee Moon, Tomderson, Bossman DJs, and more!
