Rapper, actor, producer and all-round hip hip auteur Ice Cube has announced a short Australian tour for this September.
Update: Ice Cube has denied rumours that he will be touring in September, instead announcing April tour dates (below).
Rumors are circulating that Ice Cube is touring Australia in September. IT’S NOT TRUE. The Ice Cube tour is scheduled to hit Australia in APRIL 2012. Please don’t be fooled by the September rumors.
Ice Cube, real name O’Shea Jackson, heads down under in support of new album I Am The West, his ninth LP in total. He will play dates in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane between September 16 and 23. He was in Australia, as The Music Network reports, as recently as last October when he played the Fat As Butter Festival in Newcastle.
I Am The West came out in 2010, his first album since 2008’s Raw Footage.
