‘Illegal’ Bush Doof In Regional NSW To Be Shut Down By Police

Police will shut down an ‘illegal’ bush doof in regional New South Wales tomorrow, after it was confirmed that organisers didn’t have planning approval for the event.

The three-day party, dubbed ‘Life’, was scheduled to take place in the Tabulam/Bonalbo area west of Casino in NSW’s north-east this weekend.

Police have deemed the festival to be illegal, and have also told News Corp Australia that they were concerned over a lack of security and the circulation of illegal drugs at the event.

Police say they’ll be at the festival location tomorrow “to ensure the closure is enforced”.

Anyone who purchased tickets to the festival should contact the point of purchase for a refund.
