Macklemore has performed ‘Same Love’ at the NRL Grand Final and despite plenty of controversy the reaction to the performance is positive.
There was an audible cheer as Macklemore launched into the performance and by many reports the crowd reacted positively throughout the performance.

The NRL made their position on same-sex marriage very clear once again after the performance displaying a sign that read, “we stand for equality.”
Macklemore also finished the performance by declaring, “Equality for all.”
