Five Finger Death Punch‘s vocalist Ivan Moody has apparently officially quit the band again, making the announcement during the band’s show overnight in the Netherlands’ city of Tilburg.
If this story sounds all too familiar is because Moody previously quit the band live on stage in April, before revealing that he had a breakdown and wasn’t actually leaving.
This time though it seems like the parting between Moody and the band is for good, with the band’s guitarist Zoltan Bathory shutting down claims on social media that Moody’s announcement was just a publicity stunt.

Dutch news outlet BD.nl (via Metal Injection) also reports that Moody arrived to the show very late which triggered a fight among band members backstage. It is also reported that the band “played out of time and disappeared from the stage for several minutes after every song”.
The show also apparently only lasted around an hour, which left many fans seeking refunds – with some who waited over an hour just to be allowed into the show especially irate with the situation.
Five Finger Death Punch have not yet announced who will take Moody’s place in the short term, however the first two songs of their set were sung by Tommy Vext of Bad Wolves.
