Jack White To Release Live Album Through His Own Third Man Label

Jack White will put out a live album recorded at the third birthday bash of his record label – Third Man Records – in the coming months. The label has released several live albums by different artists in the past, and now, White is finally putting one out in a fancy little package.

Pitchfork reports that the latest ‘Vault’ subscription package from the label will include White’s Live at Third Man Records double album, which was recorded at Third Man Records’ three-year anniversary party earlier this year.

The batch will also include a 7″ of demos that White recorded before he made his most recent record Blunderbuss, as well as a photo book by Alison Mosshart (of White’s side project The Dead Weather).

The live album will be released with Lenticular gatefold cover, which shows two images in one, and it will also be pressed on funky black and blue vinyl.

The 7″ features early recordings of tracks Freedom at 21, Love Interruption and Hypocritical Kiss, and it’s being pressed on blue vinyl.

Mosshart’s photo book, which is titled Shark Infested Soda Fountain, was self-published in 2010, and features photos of the Dead Weather on the road.
