In a sign of worse things to come for our North-Eastern friends in Queensland and Northern New South Wales, Jason Collett has been forced to cancel part of his tour which was supported by Zeus and Dead Letter Chorus.
The official word is:
“Due to the impending flooding & evacuation of Brisbane and closure of both the Pacific and New England highways, Jason Collett, Zeus, and Dead Letter Chorus have to regrettably withdraw from the south-east Queensland and northern NSW tour dates this week. Please contact the venues for all information.
Tonight’s show (Wednesday the 12th) we will still go ahead in Newcastle at The Great Northern which will be the last show of the tour.”
That’s the way the soggy cookie crumbles.
