American singer-songwriter Jason Mraz has announced a two-date December 2014 tour, comprised of shows in Melbourne and Sydney. The I’m Yours singer is set to tour in celebration of his new album YES!, which was released in July this year.
Mraz has used much of 2014 to perform in more intimate venues, but has also chosen to perform in larger amphitheatre/arena-type venues such as London’s Royal Albert Hall, Paris’ Casino de Paris, Amsterdam’s Royal Theatre Carré, Frankfurt’s Alte Oper and Hamburg’s Laeiszhalle.
The multi-Grammy-winning Mraz will be backed by LA folk-rock band and YES! collaborators Raining Jain on his Australian tour dates in the upcoming tour, which will see him play Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Wednesday, 3rd December and Sydney’s State Theatre on Saturday, 6th December.
