Julian Casablancas Releases First New Song In Four Years With The Voidz

The Strokes‘ frontman Julian Casablancas has released new song ‘Leave It In My Dreams’ with his other band The Voidz, their first new track in four years.

Casablancas and co will release their sophomore album Virtue in March which will be the follow-up to 2014’s Tyranny.

While it’s the first new music The Voidz have released in a little while, Casablancas reunited with The Strokes for an EP in 2016 Future Present Past. They also headlined Splendour In The Grass in Australia that year.

The Voidz were set to tour Australia at the end of 2014 but cancelled their appearance at Falls Festival at the last minute.

Back in 2016, The Strokes hinted that they were going to record a new album but it seems Casablancas has turned his attention back to The Voidz.

You can hear the new track below. The full album will be out 30th March.
