Justin Bieber Says Chris Brown Is “Michael Jackson + 2Pac”

CONTENT WARNING: The following article discusses physical abuse.

Justin Bieber, for whatever reason, has taken the rather controversial stance of defending and supporting Chris Brown this weekend, taking to social media to post a very…confusing image.

The image says “Michael Jackson + 2Pac = Chris Brown” which is a bloody cold take to say the very least.

“Everyone wants to wait til people die to give them the credit they deserve,” Bieber wrote.

“I’m calling it now when CB passes away after a long full life, you will miss what you had in front of you the whole time…trust me watch you will see.

“The people who have over looked this mans talent because of a mistake he made.. you need to reevaluate!”

The post is likely a response to the recently revived discussion around Brown’s history of both convicted and alleged abuse, thanks to Chvrches.

Last week, Chvrches called out producer Marshmello for working with Brown on a new track. Brown responded, saying that Chvrches were “the type of people he wished would walk in front of a speeding bus.”

Later last week, Chvrches frontwoman Lauren Mayberry revealed that the band have had to beef up security and police presence at their shows due to rape and death threats received from Brown’s fans.
